What type of printing does DP&L produce?

DPL’s specialty is catalog and magazine printing, especially runs of 10,000 to 100,000 copies. Standard size, tabloids and digest size books are well suited to our equipment.

What is your production turn time?

Our goal is to meet the customer’s scheduling needs. This is approximately 5-7 working days in most cases.

How is communication handled between customers and production?

Each customer is assigned an experienced Account Executive. As the primary contact, your AE supervises your project from start to finish and is available to you via phone, e-mail and fax. In addition, a support team of production supervisors monitors quality on the production line.

What types of electronic files are accepted?

PDF are most common, however, we support most types of file preparation software.

I may need assistance with file preparation. Who would advise me?

Your Account Executive could put you in direct contact with a DP&L Prepress technician. From basic to advanced, we have staff members available to help you with a wide array of training issues.
